Early C19 part of No 23. Two storeys and 2 windows. Stucco fronted with
rustic stucco quoins. Plain cope and band to parapet. One chimney. Moulded
string over ground floor and ground floor cill course. Plate glass sash
windows. Large segmental coach arch to left with doorway adjacent.
