Farmhouse

GV II

Range of Farm outbuildings including barn, stables, cart shed,
fold yard and horse gin. Early C.19 to mid C.19. Dressed and
random rubble sandstone; later buildings of brick. Clay pantile
hipped and gabled roofs with stone ridge and gable copings.
Horse gin (to S.E. side of range); square plan; dressed sandstone
piers with half-walls between. No machinery but full original
roof structure remains.
Later extensions adjoining S.W. and N.E. sides of the range,
and to S.E., are not of interest. Included partly for group
value with Plantation Farmhouse.
