House, now shop with store above. Early C19. Dressed sandstone
with tooled margins. Painted, rustic quoins. Late C20 concrete
tiled roof; stone gable coping to L.H.S.; brick and stone stack
to R.H.S. (shared with No. 19 Westgate). 2 storeys, 3 bays.
Late C20 shop front. Late C19 sash windows to first floor;
painted keystones and sills.
Rear (s.side) extensions are not of interest.
Included for group value with Nos. 11 and 13 Westgate.
