House. c.1760, but heightened by 11 courses in mid C.19. Brick;
Welsh slate roof; stone ridge copings; 3 stacks at gables. 2
storeys, 2 bays. Mid C.19 canted bay windows to ground floor,
containing sashes with glazing bars, pendants to modillion
soffit/cornice. Central doorway with timber pilaster-and-
entablature surround; panelled reveals; 6-panelled door;
sidelights; rectangular fanlight with geometric glazing bars and
coloured glass. Mid C.19 sashes with glazing bars and painted
stone sills to first floor. 'Phoenix' fire insurance plaque
above doorway.
Listing includes former farm cottage to R.H.S. (E). Mid C.19 in
matching materials and proportions. Stone gable copings with
kneelers. 2 storeys, one bay. Ground floor window altered.
Sash window with glazing bars and painted sill to first floor.
