Early C19. Red brick; three storeys; sash windows with flat brick arches; moulded. Stone eaves cornice, blocking course. Ground storey is mainly contemporary shop front, central entrance in stone surround with cornice hood, large window each side, one with glazing bars, the other (more recent) without. Windows flanked by four wood fluted three quarter Doric column pilasters with entablature over.

Nos 42 to 52 (even) form a group.
