13/21 Mackshill Cottage

Cottage. Late C17. Rough cast render to timber-frame. Thatched roof.
Rebuilt gault brick ridge stack. One storey and attic; three unit plan with
single storey gable extension to west, possibly a dairy. Modern weather-
boarded gabled porch with boarded door. Three C20 three-light casement
windows and one casement dormer window. Interior has large inglenook hearth,
chamfered ceiling beams and C19 boxed staircases.
