1898 by M H Baillie-Soott. An irregular composition of 2 storeys. Ground floor
of red brick; 1st floor of roughcast with half-timbered work to the gables; tiled roof.
Front door panelled and glazed and with typical Arts and Crafts ironwork. Windows - all
casements with leaded lights, some of them with heart-shapes in the leading. Arts and
Crafts detailing within and without, though the interior has been considerably altered.
