House. Described in 1956 as "Formerly 2 cottages. Plastered walls and thatched
roof. 2s. wood casements. ? C18. Group value". Access to land unobtainable at
time of survey (1987/88). The house retains its thatch. One of a group of thatched
houses and cottages on the lane to Broadhembury Common just outside the village.
This building may be earlier than C18.
