Earlier C19. Originally a pair with No 21 (qv). Colourwashed stucco facade,
heavy eaves cornice and blocking course. Roof not visible. 2 storeys. 1 window,
sashes 1st floor with glazing bars and enriched architrave. Ground floor sash
advanced, late C19 glazing. Door with plain rectangular fanlight.
