Small isolated house, formerly part of a row. Early C19.
Painted brick front, rendered gables, painted rubble back,
asbestos-cement slate mansard roof. 2 storeys and attic, 1
window; two 4-pane sash raking dormers above a 2-storey
8:12:8-pane sash bow, with dentil top cornice. To the right,
on 2 stone steps, a C19 flush 6-panel door with plain
fanlight, in a deep reveal. Plinth, a mid plat band, and a
stack to the left. The property has a deep single-span mansard
roof. INTERIOR: not inspected.
