Offices, former house C17 and C18. Timber framed and plastered, with peg tile,
gabled, gambrel roof on front block. Two rear wings of 2- storeys with gabled
peg tile roofs. Front has 3 C19 2-light casements with mullions, high transomes
and leaded lights in upper parts. The ground floor has 2 similar, 3 light
windows with central doorcase with flat hood and diamond decorated scroll
brackets. The rear has 2 gabled dormers and old iron casement with leaded
lights and large rear wall stack. The W extension has tall stack. To the W a
single storey outbuilding with gabled peg tile roof, part rendered and part
black boarding with fragments of old pargetting on S wall. Included primarily
for group value.
