House, sometime house and shop. 1801-21. Stock brick. Two storeys and
parapet with stack to left. Originally regular fenestration altered by
later bays: three glazing bar sashes with gauged heads as first floor, and
canted and panelled bay with glazing bar sashes to right, and large shop
front bay to left, with large sashes, and recessed half-glazed door with
arched Oriental style outer frame. Central half-glazed door in gauged round
headed surround. Marked on Collard and Hurst's 1821 plan of Ramsgate.
