NW of Poole Houe


Aisled barn, early C16, altered in C17. Timber framed, weatherboarded, roofed
with corrugated iron. 6 bays aligned approx. N-S, hipped at S end, with
midstrey to E of third bay from N end. Jowled posts, heavy studding, crownpost
roof with curved axial bracing in N half, clasped purlin roof in S half.
Original brick threshing floor.
