House, now house pair. C16 or earlier, clad C18 and C19. Timber-framed and
weather-boarded on 1st floor with red brick ground floor. Plain tiled roof.
Lobby entry of probable hall house origin. Two storeys with projecting eaves to
half hipped roof with gablets. Large moulded stack to centre left. Three
2-storey canted bays with horizontally sliding glazing bar sashes, the ground
floor built out to right, with single sashes between each bay on 1st floor and
panelled doors to left and right on ground floor with flat hoods on brackets.
Wrought iron sign bracket to top right. Right return with 2-storey bay to main
range, with half-hipped wing, with stack, wooden casements on each floor and
panelled door with flat hood on brackets. Single storey red brick wing adjoin-
ing with stack and large casement, stepped down to lower outhouse joining a
coach-house/garage at end right with weather-boarded gable, by boarded carriage
and pedestrian gates. Main range with gabled rear wing to left with stack.
