roof with centre chimney. 2 1/2 storeys. 1 window, late C18/early C19 casements
the ground floor window with cambered head lining.
The listed buildings on the Lower Quay form a group. most of which is visible from
the approach from he town centre through the Railway Viaduct across Quay Street.
