C18. Red brick with grey headers and projecting long and short brick quoins. Brick
modillion eaves cornice. Steeply pitched hipped tiled roof. 2 storeys. 3 window
bays, the centre one advanced under pediment with loft doorway in blocked arch.
Blocked carriageway arch below. The outer bays contain coach house doorways with
blocked windows above.
All the listed buildings on High Street and Union Street, with the listed street
lamps form a group, together with Nos 1 and 2 and the Parish Church of St Peter
and St Paul, Church Place and with the Red Lion Hotel and No 10 East Street. (No
45, High Street is of local interest).
