Late C19. 3 storeys. 2.3 windows, window on chamfered corner, 3 windows
to Grosvenor Road. Slate roof, hipped. Stucco walling; 2nd floor has
architraves and continuous cill band, 1st floor has architraves with keystones
and bracketted cills. 1st floor moulded band links keystones to cambered
openings of the ground floor, which have impost bands. Plinth. Sash windows.
There is a single-storeyed forward extension along the High Street frontage.
