House and cottage, now offices. Early C19. Stucco, with a tile roof.
2 storeys, 2 windows. Parapet with coping and moulded cornice, architraves
to openings, rusticated quoins. Sashes, ground floor casement. 2 porches,
with parapet, cornice, and one with arched opening. The cottage has
2 storeys, 2 windows, painted brick walls, parapet with dentilled band,
casements (1 sash).
