GV II

Detached house. Early-C19 with later C19 extension. Coursed squared
and dressed limestone, most finely dressed stone at front. Stone
slate roof. Ashlar stacks. Basically rectangular plan.
Symmetrical, 2-storey, 3-windowed facade lit by 12-pane sashes
within plain architraves. Central C19 fielded 6-panel door with
fanlight set back within semi-circular headed surround with plain
architrave. Boot scrapers within reveal of door surround. Gable-
end stacks with skirtings and moulded cappings to main body.
Projecting stack at right gable end. Interior not inspected.
