Outbuilding, partially converted for domestic use at time of
resurvey - June 1986. C18-early C19. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone, stone slate roof, ashlar stack. Rectangular plan with a
two-bay extension to the right gable end, gabled porch and lean-to
extension to side facing No 54 (q.v.). Single-storey with three
C20 roof dormers with hanging slate on their sides. Wide C19 plank
door lower left. Two large glazed windows right. Extension to
right gable end with a lower roof line. Single roof dormer with
hanging slate on the sides. Doorway with a 2-light casement to the
right. (Barrington Park Estate).
