Semi-detached cottage. Late C18-early C19. Coursed squared and
roughly dressed limestone with dressed stone quoins. Concrete tile
roof with stump of former ashlar stack repaired C20 in small
reconstituted stone blocks. Rectangular plan with later lean-to at
rear. Two storeys and attic lit by a single two-light dormer
without glazing bars. Two-windowed facade, lit by 2 and 3-light
stone-mullioned casements with horizontal glazing bars and stopped
hoods. C20 plank door off-centre left (with diamond shaped pane at
the top) within a flat-chamfered dressed stone surround with a flat
canopy supported on moulded brackets. Interior not inspected.
