Formerly a separate cottage. Probably early C18 altered.

Two and a half storeys, coursed and squared rubble. Concrete tile roof, coped verge
to left. Gabled dormer. One window on each floor, irregular, 3 lights each,
casements, wooden lintels on 1st floor, mullioned with drip (restored) on ground
floor; Tudor arch doorway to right now a 2-light mullioned window (the Tudor arch
looks as C20 as the mullioned window!) entered through Jasmine Cottage.
