Former house, now offices. Third quarter C19. Plain rendered
brick to front, painted to side, tiled roof. Two windows wide, 'L'
plan, 3 storeys. Plain plinth, with blocked opening to cellar.
Projecting quoins up right corner. Doorway on right up 3 stone
steps, 6 panels, with slightly-projecting edge and pronounced
fielding, top 2 semi-circular heads. Plain, reeded surround. Two
single-pane sashes left, stone sills, plain, slightly projecting
surrounds. Window by door narrower. Above 2 similar windows per
floor. Shaped brackets to eaves, moulding below. Gable chimneys.
Decorative plaster cornice front room on left, ground floor: turned
balusters to stair handrail, half balusters carved on sides of
square newel, decorative top. Included primarily for group value.
