Terraced house and shop. c1820-25. Yellow stock brick with
later patching. 3 storeys and basement. 2 windows. Wooden
shopfront with simplified, reeded pilasters carrying
entablature with reeded architrave, inswept frieze and
projecting cornice. Shop window with reeded frame, arched
lights and band of diamond tracery below the entablature.
Part-glazed shop door; house doorway with fanlight and
panelled door. Gauged brick flat arches to recessed sashes on
upper floors. Parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY
FEATURES: attached iron railings to area.
