Includes no 2 Blackburne Place. Terrace of 3 houses. Early
C19. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3 storeys
with basement, 3 bays to each house. Stone basement, 1st
floor sill band, top frieze, cornice and blocking course.
Windows have wedge lintels and are sashed, those to 1st and
2nd floors with glazing bars. Round-headed entrances have
Doric doorcases and stucco archivolts with honeysuckle
ornament. Plain iron area railings. No. 33 has blind
window and rectangular iron balconies to 1st floor. No. 2
Blackburne Place has rectangular iron balconies to 1st floor
and 4-bay return with 2 bays of blind windows and entrance.
6-panel doors.
