Cottage, C16 or earlier and C18. Two storey on front, timber framed and
plastered with gabled peg tile roof. Front has C20 metal casements with
horizontal small panes. Rear reveals that 2/3 of block has one storey and
attics elevation, with 2 flat roofed dormers into gambrel roof form. Interior
provides evidence for the raising of entire block, and with remains of
substantial timber framed bay at W end with jowled posts. 2 red brick stacks
through front roof slope.
