House. Circa 1880. Red sandstone random rubble, cement quoins, slate roof, brick stacks. 2-storeys, 3 bays; first floor
12 pane sash windows, ground floor 16 pane sash windows, all with rusticated cement surrounds, central arched doorcase
with good detailing; fluted pilasters, fleurons on imposts, moulded surround, fanlight with glazing bars, 6 panel door
with croisseted panels, similar in panelled reveals and C18 brass knocker.
