A Victorian house of small architectural interest built on the site of the shed where the victims of the "Bloody" Assizes were hanged. Still called "Gallows House". Listed for historic interest. Long building set behind Nos 7 and 9 on the corner of White Hart Lane. Tall three storey black painted brick front to High Street. Slate roof with second floor windows rising into roof. Pair of sashes to second floor. Three-light splayed bay to first floor. C19 double shop front.

Nos 3 to 9 (odd) and 9A form a group
