Pair of semi-detached cottages. Mid C19. Random rubble local stone, ashlar dressings, slate roofs, overhanging eaves,
large central brick stack set diagonally on ridge with 4 chimneys set diagonally. Plan: pair of 2-cell and cross
passage cottages. Two storeys, 2:2 bays, facade divided into 4 sections by pilaster quoins with central pilaters, flat
string course, also under the eaves, ashlar surrounds to all openings, 2 and 3-light wooden leaded casements, ground
floor with plank doors between, right hand cottage with original pentice hood wooden porch with valance.
