1st half of C18 and early C19. 2 storeys, painted stucco. Roof with asbestos
slates and end stacks. Moulded brick ogee bracket cornice, wood gutter on
wrought iron brackets. 2 windows and centre blocked window, stone heads with
enriched keystones, near-flush-frame double hung sashes with glazing bars. Wood
doorcase with plain pilasters, entablature with shelf cornice. Door of 6 panels,
the upper ones fielded,fanlight. Adam detail to chiminey piece.
