St. Peter and St. Paul


GV II

Pedestal tomb; Elizabeth Powell died 1822; stone. Square centre
with semi-circular ends. A square dome, small roll, cavetto
moulding, roll and upstand; half cyma domes each end. Moulded
edge to main lid. Sides raised oval panel for lettering with egg-
and-dart edge moulding; corner paterae. Ends have fluted frieze,
horizontal oval and moulded base, the whole on a moulded plinth.
