approximately 40 metres
north-west of Waterton
Hall Farmhouse

GV II

Stable/pigeoncote. Dated 1767. Red brick. Pantile roof. Rectangular on
plan: single room with entrance to south. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Stable
door beneath segmental arch, flanked by small segmental-headed windows with
slatted wooden ventilators. Stone-coped gables with shaped kneelers. Right
return has segmental-headed opening to second floor, and kneelers inscribed
1767. Left return has segmental-headed ground-floor window, and small attic
opening. Interior: first floor contains full range of brick nesting boxes.
