Early C19. 2 storeys in brick with new roof with 3 brick stacks and diagonal-set
brick eaves cornice. 4 flush windows, 1 blocked, no glazing bars. Ground floor
has 1 hung sash window with glazing bars and 2 small segmental-headed sliding sash
windows and 1 small segmental-headed hung sash with glazing bars. Attached barn
to right with 2 sliding sash windows and 2 louvred windows and 2 hoist doors.
Ground floor has 1 sliding sash window with glazing bars and modern garage entry.
Pantile roof.

Westfield Farmhouse and barn and the form buildings to west form a group.
