House. c.1840. Stuccoed brick, slate roof. 2 storey 3 bay villa. Central
entrance, 6 panelled door, traceried fanlight, bracketed hood. Flanking
bays are full height bows. French windows on ground floor in
architraves, bracketed floating cornices. Plat band to first floor with
16 pane sashes, that to centre smaller. Moulded cornice to balustraded
parapet. Double span roof. 4 end stacks. Interior not inspected.
