1/135 Outhouse 10M to N of
- house at Hammond's Farm

GV II

Outhouse. C17 or earlier. Timber frame on brick sill, frame exposed on N
side with C18 red brick infill, stuccoed E gable, S side cased in C19
yellow brick, steep old red tile roof. A single-storey rectangular
outhouse of 2 structural bays a little to N of back door of house. Door
and fixd 6-panels window on S side. Clasped purlin roof. Framing on N
side has one bay of 6 panels and one of 4. Mid height rail. Probably a
brewhouse originally.
