House. Late C17, renovated and S wing added 1984. Timber frame on red
brick sill, roughcast with steep old red tile roof. 1984 crosswing
roughcast with dark weatherboarded 1st floor. A 2-storeys small house
facing E with 2 windows to each floor. External gable chimneys to front
of central post to gable. Casement windows renewed. Entrance by
single-storey tiled porch on S side of crosswing. Interior has exposed
timbers. Jowled posts, mid-height rail, thin studs, long straight
tension braces. Clasped purlin 2-bays roof with inclined queen-posts to
central truss.
