1911 by C M Crickmer. Two terraces of grouped cottages which, with Nos 44
to 58 (even), form Rushby Walk, a pioneer cul-de-sac development. One and
a half storeys, one window each. Tiled roofs with brick stacks. Roughcast
walls. Large gabled dormers with 3, 5 and 6 light casements and weather-boarded
gables. Four light casement window with glazing bars and tile labels. Half-glazed
doors with bracketted hoods. The original paintwork specification of cream
walls and windows, and green doors has been maintained throughout.
