Mid C19 illa of red brick with hipned Welsh slated roof. 2 storeys, 1st
floor stucco band, wide eaes cornice. Stucco Doric pilaster at either
end of front. 3 sash windows under flat arches, wooden cases for blinds.
Central doorway has 3 panelled door, 2 panels glazed and oblong fanlight
in panelled reeal, surround of Doric columns and entablature.

Montserrat and Saint Elmo and Nos 5 to 8 (consec) Hitchin Hill Path form
a group.
