old tiles roof. Carriageway on left. 2 storeys and attics, 3 gabled dormers behind
parapet and carbelled brick cornice. 2 C19 shop fronts, 4 C19 first floor sash
windows. Inclided for group value.

Nos 2 to 20 (even), 20A, 20B, 22, 22A, 24, to 32, (even) and 40 to 44 (even)
form a group.

Nos 20, 20A, and 20B shall be amended to read No 20.

The group value note should be amended to read
