Dated 1840. Tall 2-storey rendered, painted stone building on rectangular plan.
Slate roof largely concealed by parapet front. Quoin pilasters, plat band and
plinth. Three-bay symmetrical elevation, tripartite sashes to outer bays. Glazing
bars on first floor. Large Greek Doric porch with deep entablature and parapet
balcony over. The south side of 3-bays has raised 3-storey parapeted central
section concealing gable end.
