Cl7. All one building. Sandstone ashlar with old tiled roof and coped gable
ends. Four stacks. Western end has external stone chimney. Two and a half
storeys. Front wall continued up into 2 coped gables containing 2 and 3 light
attic windows. Six windows some with stone mullions, western retain dripmoulds
generally casements, some with glazing bars. Building is set at right angles
to Makeney Road.
