GV II

House, now shop and flat. Late C18 with some mid- and late C20 alterations.
Brick with tile roof, central stack. Three storeys, dentilled brick cornice,
two windows: 16-pane C20 sashes under segmental heads; second floor: 12-pane
C20 sashes; ground floor: two multi-pane shop windows under C20 concrete lintels
with signboard above; entrance to left-hand corner has a flat canopy, wooden
doorcase and a C20 glazed door.
