Farmhouse, now cottages. Probably C17 with early C20 alterations. Timber-
frame on sandstone rubble plinth; part rendered, part brick cased, concrete
tiled roofs and brick stacks. L-plan with wings projecting eastwards and
northwards. Two-storey north/south wing; one storey and attic to the other
wing. West elevation has two windows, late C19 2-light casements to centre
and left of wing facing road, brick gable front to right with two segmentally-
headed 2-light casements at half-storey level, C17 porch to centre in the
angle of the two wings has moulded posts, pent roof and early C20 glazed door.
North gable has exposed timber-framing. Interior noted as having heavy
chamfered ceiling beams. Cublington Cottages were formerly Middle Cublington
Farmhouse. (RCHM Vol I, p 198).
