SO 54 NW MARDEN CP SUTTON LAKES

House. Probably late C17 to early C18 with late C18 extension to north.
Timber-frame with plaster infill on rubble plinth, corrugated iron roofs,
former external stone stack to south masked by low timber-framed extension.
Two storeys. Two plus one bays forming continuous range aligned north/south.
West elevation: two mid-C19 fixed light glazing bar windows, one to each
side and above them two 2-light casements each with wrought iron early C19
opening part. Ledged late C19 door under corrugated iron gabled canopy to
right hand side. Extension has C20 casements of three lights to ground
floor and two lights to first floor.
