Cottage. Probably C18. Timber-frame with brick and woven infill, rendered stone stack with detached shaft to west. Two bays aligned roughly east/west. One storey and attic. South elevation has two windows, early C20 two-light casements, one either side of central ledged C19 door, windows and right door mid-C20 conservatory. West gable has attic casement to right of stack. Rubble extension to west end and weatherboarded extension to east end, both late C19 to early C20.
