House, now hotel. Early C18. Brick in Flemish bond with hipped tile roof.
Double-depth plan. Two storeys with attic, five bays. Windows have segmental
brick arches. Some retain timber mullion and transom, but most replaced by C20
casements. Three hipped attic dormers. Brick dentil course at eaves. Door,
in centre bay, has transom light, and timber hood on brackets. Lead downspout
to right of doorway has hopper carried on brick corbels. Chimneys behind ridge
to left and right.
