House. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Timber-framed with rendered infill
on brick plinth, plain tile roof, left gable rendered with brick stack, large
rubble and brick stack rear right. Single room depth with timber outshut
across rear, 2 short rear wings. 2 storeys; 3 C19 cross-light windows; entrance
off centre left with C20 tiled gabled canopy. Framing in 3 structural bays:
much restored small square panels; right gable: roof truss with two collars and
multiple queen struts, trenched purlins. Left rear wing: slate hung.
Interior: large stack ground floor fireplace has dressed stone jambs, right
rear wing contains slaughter house pulley wheel.
