Cl7. 3 storeys with attic and cellar. Partly built of stone. South front
refaced. A low parapet partly conceals roof of small slates and pantiles.
Two very small sash windows on top floor, that on left resting on large
bay on ground- floor. RCHM 25.

No 2 Radcliffe House and No 54 form a group.
