Early-mid C19. Two storeys, stuccoed, with hipped slate roof, wide bracketed
eaves. Three windows, hung sashes with glazing bars and moulded architraves
to 1st floor. French windows to ground floor. Tent canopy verandah on wrought-iron
lattice supports along ground floor and return elevations. Door at side.
