Cottage. Probably late C18-early C19. Timber framed, regular brick infill panels, slate roof, local type external stack with oven and detached brick shaft to right. One storey and attic, two bays. Road front has only one window: an attic dormer probably early C20 in a timber framed gable containing a pair of cross casements. Framing is very thin and wavy; narrow tension brace from cill of road front to right hand corner posts; gable queen struts. Entrance to garden front.
